Carper Smith grew up in a rural area of Northern California where she played sports, raised animals for 4-H, wrote stories and danced ballet. Though she loved doing all those things, the one thing that stuck her whole life was writing stories. Since her favorite thing to do in the whole world is laugh, she incorporates humor into her stories of mystery and dearly hopes to find you one day sitting somewhere engrossed in one of her books and laughing as you read.
